Hatsuku I cannot believe it would take that long to get a hearing!! Best of luck for you though.
Makes me want to just forget about an appeal!! I'm so fed up with waiting and its a joke that all of us have been waiting so long.

For the spouse ones your spouse would have to make 18k a year though wouldn't they? I think that's subject to change now.

where would the case worker id be??? the first page and the top bit says my case ref #, my name and address, UKBA address and then it has a section that says Our Ref HO_REF Your Ref Your Ref Date 14 Feb 2013 it just looks like there should be some numbers in there. and then the end of that letter ...
