Also my wife cant get her right type of insuline and cannot speak or socialise ...

I would like to inform you that i have been refused for the second time with no right to appeal. Anyway at the end of the refusal letter it says: shoulf you fail contacting the enforcement, removal decisions may be taken against you which may generate the right of appeal. Are they trying to say that ...

@Ale001, mummytwo: this so unbelievable! I learnt that with the UKBA no case is considered strong or weak. Sometimes God intervenes in things and what's predestined is unchangeable!

I hope we all get our stay very soon inchallah!

@Ali,

I completely agree with you. to think, the amount of applicants who get refused and are not members of this forum is huge!
What do you mean by, you can still go to court and appeal the decision? Do you mean lodging a judicial review?

I am sorry for everyone who has been refused. It is shocking! @Godgives: Those points were exactly the same in my refusal letter. I am married to a BC who cannot relocate to another country because of an illness; i cannot go back as i will be homeless but unfortunately they didn not consider any of ...

So i guess if ur case is strong, you will be granted without going to court, but if your case is weak, you will have to go to court in order to be granted!

I am thinking now of withdrawing my FLR(0) application and lodge a spouse visa application instead!
The reason why i did not apply for a spouse visa was the preposterous income, apart from that, i meet all the requirements.

What do you think guys???

When your visa expires, you will have 28 days to make flight arrangements. Thus, you need to act quickly before that period is over. It would be even best if you act now as you still have a valid leave to remain am I right? I know they did not say anything about the 28 days because they are very ...

This is none sense. The ukba is dealing with applications randomly. There is such thing as " the HO is dealing with october applicants" Proof: many people on this forum applied ln different dates: january, feb, march, april and they got a response in two months approximately. God bless every one.
