I need to know am i qualified for ILR? My situation -

My first Tier 1 visa was granted on 25/08/2008 and i came in the country on 7th November 2008. I am applying for ILR in mid August via premium appointment

Hi

I had a query. Which date is considered as date for calculating 5 years in UK for ILR. Is it the date of first entry in UK or date of first visa.

My Date of entry is less than 90 days after date of visa.

Date of first visa - 25/08/2008
Date of first entry - 07/11/2008
