Logically makes perfect sense, but you never know what you might be sent back for after wasting 3-4 hrs in the queue.

But thanks for your response will go with "NA" in this case.

Cheers.

Hi,

Could you please confirm if it is a spouse's name or mother's name in above field?

Since I'm applying for my 1.5 year son, I believe it should be kept "NA"?

Thanks.

Thanks z18runway for your reply. Your quote from the section is correct, however, GP is not ...

I must agree, it is bit confusing especially there is no new SET (O) form available to demonstrate any English language skills for dependent, except for passing Life in the UK test. I'm applying for ILR this month as well, along with my wife, and to be on safe side, I think it is better to take her ...

Hi Rahul,

I'm not sure why you filling up that section anyway?

I thought that section is for someone who do not meet the appropriate rate of pay because on maternity, paternity or adoption leave (Refer last sentence on Page 11), else you go to section 6 directly.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.

Re: Indefinite Leave to remain

Where does it say that some one has to remain in UK lawfully for 4 Yrs 11 months and 2 days.. Imagine if someone has come within 90 days of their visa grant date, they would never reach to that figure of 4 yrs 11 months and 2 days.. they would apply much much before that. Just hypothetical example ...

I've listed lot of success cases under following link who applied 28 days before Entry Clearance date and not Date of Entry which was greater than 30 days form entry clearance date.
