My TIER 2 Job finished on 30th April prematurely. I am selected by new employer but my job will start on 1st of June. How many days I have to apply for TIER 2 visa again on CoS provided by new employer.

Could somebody please guide me on my situation?
I lost my job which was Teir 2 sponsored on 30th April but on 3rd of May (yesterdays) I got new job offer.
I am not sure if my previous employer has withdrawn my CoS or not.
