Thats rite.6 month is a temporary stamp 4, you will get stamp 4eu fam after 6 month when your case will be approved and then a big party to follow it. :D

You are rite my friend and it is a long process,but I think at the end of the day they have to give.they cannot delay visa on eu treaty rights but all other things they just want to delay and delay.anyway wish u good luck

On inis page.the decisiins are of those applications which are put through in Irish embassies and consulates outside Ireland.my advice will be to.email them whey you have one month visa left.they will for sure reply with an answer

Hi my decision came about two weeks before my 6 month visa was expiring and alot of people I know either came in the last week or even alot got on the last day.so be patience.at the end of the day if all is well you will get it god willingly. best of luck

Yes alot of Guys got stamp4eu again after they were rejected on eu3form.so u have to repeat process again and your wife job docunents will be crucial .so you should apply as soon as you can.good luck

Hi.they are gonna reject your appeal again.so my advice will be that you apply on form eu1 and send your wife current job documents .they will for sure issue you again stamp4 eu and you can apply for naturalisation also if you have completed your exact 60months period on stamp4

Hi, if you start living in lumerick then first of all you will have to tell eu treaty rights section that your address is now of limerick and then have to send proof of that address.wen you get permanent stamp 4 on that address then you dont need to register in Dublin.you will go to local limerick ...

Just to update, me and my partner went to immigration the day before our flights were due, asking for our passports. This was nearly 8 weeks after our application was received.
