i did'nt mention which eveidence i have provided to my 2nd eea2 application.. and let me tell you what i provided this time .. my wife's original passport her employement letter cnfirming her job since when until now.. her recent payslips. her bank statments council tax bill both of us name ...

What do you mean by rc 2???

He means the EEA2 (non-European)resident card and RC1 means the EEA1(European) resident card.

New application is not an option they give to you, it is your right as the family member of an EU citizen exercising treaty rights.

You are never considered an overstayer if your wife is exercising treaty rights. Read Directive 2004/38/EC. You can submit a new application just as before.

I hope that by same documents you mean updated ones, right??? I mean current, payslips, current bank statements, etc...
