Dependant Maintenance

My friend is applying for Tier 1 General Dependant visa for his son who is born in the UK.
in regards to maintenance he is using a joint bank account with his sister (his name and his real sister name is on the statement .

Can he use same joint account statement for his son dependant visa??

actually he already applied once and was refused .
HO asked him to leave the country and apply from Pakistan.
Secondly they have objection that he has not yet completed 2 years being living with her (co-habitation)
but now he has completed 2 years living with her.

Dear Amber thanks a lot brief summery of the above discussion is that if husband has got ILR on the basis of 10 years regardless if husband was any PBS category i.e tier 1,tier2 or Tier4 then 1- Spouse has to apply for FLR -M .... true ? 2-Income must be £18,600 and need to meet English requirement ...

My understanding from you reply is that she has to apply for FLR-M and after completion of 5 years she is eligible for ILR.
Husband have to show 18,600 GBP income as well.
will she be able to amalgamate time spent as PBS dependent and spouse of ILR holder???
