Thanks Vinny for the advice. We run out of money after my daughter was born so this is not a good time to spend more on her ILR. I really don't want to into the deep debt by borrowing from our family. Her visa is still valid until 2016 so after 6 months so she can come back to UK in 2015 on her tier ...

Kvora, my IELTS date is 2010. I called HO and they said expired IELTS is ok. But you may want to call yourself to make sure about ur case.

For your question I don't know. So it's better if any senior members can answer it or you phone or email HomeOffice. I think phone in the morning may be easier as I didn't have to queue so long in the morning(9.00AM)
