I think you have to assume the worst. All the changes in immigration law in the past 5+ years have been aggressively anti-immigration, so why would that get better post Brexit?

With respect, I don't think that's right. I am still an EEA citizen, and she is applying for PR as a result of the 6 years she has spent married to an EEA citizen.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
