Re: urgent help needed for court of appeal

hi baller1432,

Here is a link to guide you with the appeal process at the Court of Appeal

http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/imm ... /appeals#7

My advise for you is to make a fresh application as it will be difficult for you to win at the court of appeal from my own experience

Re: Advice needed about court of appeal

@ Zaiddi , I sought for permission to appeal on paper at the Court of Appeal in January 2014, permission refused in April, then I applied for permission to appeal at an oral hearing which was dismissed in July. I just made a fresh application last week, hopefully I would be successful this time

Tier 1 visa application and it's complexities

I think the UKBA are toiling with the future of the Tier 1 entrepreneur applicants, they feel that immigrants are a bunch trying to exploit the system. A visa application gets refused and given a right of appeal, section 3c and 3d automatically extends the time limit and maintains any conditions ...

You start counting from the day you received the notice.
If you have all the required documents to make a fresh application you might as well sent it out ASAP and forget about all your permutations.

Hi,
You can make a fresh application within 28 days of your refusal notice. There is no point going to the court of appeal as your appeal would be dismissed as well.
