You will need to provide same proof in the UK. Do you have any proof of financial dependency in the UK?

Hi,

You need to show evidence of dependency and proofs to show you are staying together. Is that what the judge asked at the appeal hearing?

thanks Dav - is there anything to back up the fact that i can work while my appeal is still pending. Say an immigration law etc. Just something in black and white.

It is an EEA dependent extended family member application. I submitted evidence of dependency before and when in the UK. We still stay together but HO said we didn't show enough evidence like a tenancy agreement (thought there was no need for a joint tenancy since i am a dependent). HO said they are ...

we showed evidence of dependency in the third country through high school and Uni receipts paid by EEA Sponsor. Also continued dependency in the UK - we living together. The HO refused because '' they noticed that my nephew entered the UK through a student VISA and I did not show a joint tenancy ...
