Re: Driving with no Insurance and apply for Naturalization

Hi Mihird, I've just seen your post and wanted to respond even though some time has passed. As I personally gained so much clarification and in the end a successful outcome (my citizenship application was approved even though the Magistrates court decision was still pending) from seeking legal ...

Re: Got Police caution after applying for citizenship

I would also agree to contact the Home Office as soon as you're able to and inform them of the situation, be honest and disclose all that you are aware of. If you're still in doubt about what to do or need help, there are immigration solicitors out there who will give you basic advice over the phone ...

Re: November 2013 - Naturalization Application Timeline

I have a 'big' transaction pending on my credit card today, so am presuming it's my fees... finally! Will update my stats officially once the transaction shows. Just as an FYI for now, I applied 18th Nov 2013, received by HO 19th Nov 2013.

Re: November 2013 - Naturalization Application Timeline

I was advised by the NCS Wandsworth officer when I applied that my application would take longer due to the October backlog, but still wasn't expecting it to be 6 weeks later with still no fees debited, or acknowledgement letter received! There are applicants on 24th/25th Oct who's fees neither yet ...

Re: November 2013 - Naturalization Application Timeline

missnorush, We are in the same boat... We have to be patient; the rush in October due to the rule change is what has caused the delay. Once the October applications have been cleared I'm sure things will get back to normal. Yes, quite right MattSule - patience is definitely required and the hope ...

Re: November 2013 - Naturalization Application Timeline

I have posted my timeline details in one of the other forums but think this one is more appropriate since I'm a 'November' application: Eligibility criteria: 5 Years (HMSP + Tier 1) + 1 Year ILR Language criteria met: Country of origin, New Zealand Current nationality: New Zealand Method of ...

Re:

What is the average time of approval these days? Most of the more 'recent' approvals from the past few days have been those received by the Home Office around October 22-23. Fee deductions currently being taken from Oct 25 applicants. Everything is very condensced around that week due to the sheer ...

Hi there, I thought I would add my timeline too, as I'm getting impatient that my payment hasn't been taken yet but see it seems to be the 'norm' at the moment. Application Timeline Eligibility criteria: HMSP + Tier1 + ILR Date of application: 18/11/2013 Method of application: NCS (Wandsworth) Date ...
