Admin Review Means Refusal by ECO will (Stay the Same) Over 90 Percent are expected to be the sameby his next desk mates. (Experience from the Out of UK applications)

Theresa May's Killing Policy is directly saying to runaway from here regardless u invested heavily or paid to the Universities.
As No one will prefer to be refused after investing heavy amounts where there is no security of money, businesses and career.

The Investments and People's future will be in the hands of One New GOD

My question would be that who would be effected by this policy change..everyone or only those applying after 28 July 2014?

Just asking this because there are loads of people who will be applying soon..If they are not going to get appeal right because of applying after 28 then they should hurry and apply now?

OR this change will have an impact regardless they apply before or after 28 then they should take their time to perfect their application?

There is no need to reiterate what we already know as the main reasons behind the immigration reforms. Repeating it on this thread could prompt the moderators to lock or close the thread and prevent anyone from making a contribution to it. The current Govt has made it simple and clear. WE WANT TO REDUCE NET IMMIGRATION TO TENS OF THOUSANDS. Unfortunately, nationals from certain countries are targets. That is it! And Teresa May has achieved considerably a lot in cutting down the number of non EU nationals immigrating to the UK. Ms May has survived several cabinet reshuffles. Why? Because she has done her job WELL! Well if your country of origin is of no relevance in the pursuit of trade and investment to the UK, then it is of no use crying wolf. Home office does not give a damn whether you coming in to study or running a business here in the UK. They are focused on reducing net immigration. Recently several multinational companies have been threatened with sanctions for recruiting from Outside and this has forced many of these companies to refuse and discriminate applicants from non-EU countries. The only thing is that other countries should retaliate! There are several UK companies working in my Home country and siphoning massive cash out of the country. The PIB bill before the legislature has failed to pass because of players like Chevron, Shell, Mobil and their respective Govts are colluding with local officials to deny local content in these country from having a greater say on how the operations of these companies

Its expected to be Implemented on the same way as Privious 11th May Rules. Regardless Old or New. (It will apply on Refusals on or after 28th - Following the Old Suite).

Political Actors does not know how to tackle the chaos from EU issues and Economy. So Non-EU countries are the easier targets. (Scapegoats) because their leaders have money here and they are spineless trash.

You are mistaken. A commencement order for replacement of appeals with administrative review has not yet been published. No one knows when the law will be implemented so please stop being sensational and misleading people.

This bill is Presented so What do you expect from this Govt.
On 28th Major Changes are Expected and Yes its Right that This Govt has already started discriminating Non-EUs as a scapegoat and Political Stunts.
* They Revoke the 100s of Colleges and Millions Goes from Students Pockets to the College Owners.
This Govt has gone crazy. No basic Human Rights for Non-EUs.
UKIP(The Super dearly beloved Party) is even better than this. As they talk about Everyone not Just Targetting the Non-EUs alone.
