2nd application and interview again next week - help

Hello guys

I have applied 2nd time on March 20, 2015 and received letter for interview dated May 11.
Any of you guys applied second time and given interview, please share your experience with me as soon as possible like will they ask for any thing about first application or only stick to second application and standard questions they ask in first application way back in 2014, have they change pattern of questions, can any one please share questions who have given interview recently

I just recently took the interview and was rejected. My advise would be to not take the interpreter- My interpreter would cut me off whenever he wanted and translated only part of what I was saying which is a contributing factor to my refusal. Just prepare yourself for generic questions: sources of funds, why the business, projected profits, location, rent, why you want to move to the UK. if there is anything you think needs explaining- do explain it properly and don't let the interpreter or the ECO guy cut you off. Make sure everything is on record. If you don't understand a question ask again and answer it completely. If they try to rush you by saying we don't have a lot of time, tell them that your visa depends on this interview and you would like to answer all questions properly and you would appreciate their patience.

My friend... if u have submitted new application after first refusal... then they don't ask anything in regard to your first application. As far my own experience. U must know each and every word you wrote in your business plan. Make sure u well know about .. what market research u have done .. what are your advertisements .... Are they free or you pay for advertisements ... why clients will come to you other than your your competitors.. why employees not hired yet (if u don't have yet) ... what investment u have done ,...... How much revenue you received from your contracts.... Why your monthly revenue from each client fluctuate (if any) ... what rates per hour you charging your clients etc... what are services u providing in market or any particular client.. Its been more then an year why you have only few contracts so far...... . bear in your mind that they don't ask any tricky question.. just be relaxed there. apart of it you will find a lot of interview questions on this forum. But still u study your old application in case if they ask anything.. depends on case worker and the nature of your previous refusal.

They don't expect a quick reply from you but just looking at your confidence and logical answer. U will have good interview... our prayers with u. best of luck

Done with interview, it was on video, he took one hour, he was writing every thing on laptop, recording, time was 12;30 but started on 13:30
following are some of the questions

1. when did you arrive in uk?
2. do you have team member or you applied alone?
3. what market research have you done?
4. HOW MANY competitors YOU HAVE?
5. Company survival in the existing and potential competition:
6. What Insurance you have?
7. are you working from home or office? ADDRESS
8. how you advertising your business? PAID OR Free

Why paid and why free

9. how many clients you have so far?

Their names, amount of contract, how much received, duration

10. why you have not invested the funds yet? If invested how much and where
11. do you still have job?
12. contigency plan?
14. what is your post in company?
15. how many companies in your areas providing same services?
16. Is it your own money or taken from any one else?
17. how many responses you had from your marketing so far?

18. What is your Company Services
19. Company projection figure wise – Revenue and Net Profit
20. Why the company has not achieved the projection of this year, reasons
21. How you will achieve next year projection as your partner left you.
22. Have you paid your corporate tax
23. How much profit you have earned till now.
24. When we got first contract?

It looks they were checking whether we make our business plan by ourselves or some one else any memory test as well,

Interview was good, might some figures were not told 100% accurate as I told him that it might not be 100% accurate.

He knows this is my second application as he asked about my partner and asking every thing since opening of the company

As I have mentioned the interview was on video call, I do not have any docs for submission and he did not ask for any thing

Hi biz123,

you said your visa has been refused and went for 2nd time. Did you get all your documents like Passport/BRP cards to your address or you just re-applied? Do you have chance to Appeal the decision ?

If you visa expired at the time of application, they don't return passport, just reapply with other docs and there is no appeal right now there is only administrative review

I still not received any thing from home office 4 and half month and hald months passed they withdrawn their appeal still no updates

interview was good . There was some set questions . In addition my case worker sent him 7/8 questions. That about who was signatory (we haven't got any signatory, that's all our money) . What's business expens . Did u took any loan . Interest rate etc . We didn't took loan any money anyway . What about u ? Did they asked u additional question from your case worker ? Any update ?
