the refusal points were much vague according to me
the main point was that there was an error in the sharecapital (wrong number of shares).
other points were like your client do not have a landline number
and you did not send corporation tax letter which we did.....
and also about advertisement that the date is not mentioned on the printout of the ad
to which i was quite confident that i am going to win in the FTT
but i woke up when the judge gave the decision in HO favour saying that HO was right to raise refusal point based on the what was sent at the time of application......did not get permission to appeal in UT
so made a new application....ofcourse corrected all those refusal points......went beyond the box.....made new marketing material...advertisements in newspapers......a wonderful website etc etc.....
even this time i was so confident because i had made my application more better.....and i was expecting to get a quick response as i was reading here a lot that applications made in 2014 are getting quick responses......
but not in my case
i contacted through my local MP, which does not do anything special as i believed. am thinking to contact MP again right after elections and new government.
