50,000 Investment

I have one question regarding tier 1 extension, I have invested 50,000 my personal to business account, but I Have Transfer money like ( 10,000 , 10,000, 20,000 and 10,000) My investment 50,000 its complete last month, I just want to when I have to make Director loan agreement ?I have make separated or make only one.



Or If I go to invested as share capital how can show it.

Can you please all clear my one point before application I have showed 30,000 in back home and 20,000 show in Uk, so far I bring 15k form back home as a TT, and 15k I have some already saving i put 15k back + 15k saving personal to business account.is that my 50k invested or I did to more 15k form back home because as i have said before application I will bring 30k.

Before visa application I show my 10,000 and rest of money showed as third party 40k ( Uncle) will send later once I will got visa.In 2014 my uncle send me 20,000 pound and rest of 20,000 I put myself here.
Now my question is as previous application I promise HO my uncle will send money 40k but I don’t need 40k as he send 20k and 20k my friend give me here .Accountant said your investment requirement is fulfill 50k but my lawyer saying no I need more 20,000 form third party( uncle) because as I promise HO before visa my uncle give me 40k.
Total investment:
Pervious application=10k
2014 third party( uncle)=20k
friend=20k
Total 50k done.
All investment transfer personal to business as DL, Please answer asap do I need more 20k form third party?

after money transfer personal to business if i had withdraw cash or transfer back to personal account do I need to put back as investment return?

Please anyone send links regarding investments.

Hardly a migration question, suggest seek small business advice.

However if you borrow or take your investment back (rather than drawing down profit) then it has not been invested in the 'business' (as per T1 requirements)!
