Hello all, I wish to have an idea is Franchising will be accepted as a form of new business under the tier 1 entrepreneur?

Yes. It's ideal for this purpose.

Franchises
A24. Businesses that are set up as franchises can be accepted for the award of points. You will either be self-employed or employed, depending on how you decide to structure the franchise business, and should provide the appropriate evidence.

Is franchising allowed even now in 2016? as I think now franchise fees and good will is not allowed? Please let me know.
