Admin Review over 28 days, whats next ?

Admin review - applied on 16th Jan
what should I do its over 28 days I applied for admin Review. Do I need to contact Home office?

Contacting UKVI mostly yields NO RESULTS as they cannot tell you how long it is going to take to get the results.

I would suggest you should wait, they must be need some time to conclude about your application.
I think your case is not very simple & clear and caseworker might need extra time an usually in AR they inform you.
