Administrative Review Time Line..

Dear,

Senior members and helpful frens, could you please let us know how long does it take to get the result after doing Administrative review from outside UK..??

And from your experience let us know the probability of overturning the decisions....

You can expect results in 28 days.

I have applied for Visa in July and I got Rejected when after scoring all 95 points .. They rejected my AR too. I am applying again in December .

Even scoring 95 points what was the reasons for application refusal..??
I guess there is no point going with AR then...
It's just a waste of time ...

Today same situation here, They have refused the visa based on Business plan. Can you please share your thoughts on AR and JR

same situation.

even now they refuse AR admin and planning for judicial review ...what are the chances ??
