I AM READY TO APPLY JUST CONFUSE ABOUT THE MONEY(£50000)MY BROTHER GAVE ME (HE IS IN UK ) AND THIS AMOUNT IS AVAILABLE IN MY PERSONAL UK ACCOUNT. SO I WANT TO SUBMIT AN AFFIDAVIT FROM HIM THAT THIS MONEY I GAVE HIM TO FOR NEW BUSINESS

SO PLEASE ANY ONE CAN SHARE THE FORMAT OF AFFIDAVIT?

If the amount is in your personal account than
U didn't need to attach affidavit of your brother.

but they can ask in interview how come this ammount in ur account if its ur saving show us your job or tax
