any one who applied after 11th july (according to new rules) and had interview but still waiting for decision?

I applied 26hth July,
Biometrics done 11th August
Interview letter 22 Sept,
Interview done 14th October
Still waiting..

none of my client get any call from HO.

my interview was on 21st oct 2014.
HO didn't contact with my client yet.
I am waiting for a decision.
