Appeal Hearing on 10th February

Hi Everyone

Help needed we applied as a team on 10th july 2014 and refused in october and the appeal hearing is on 10th of feb 2014

we have got our own funds held in UK financial account and running the business since feb

we were refused on these reasons below

BUSINESS PLAN
the material we have used been taken from different websites and plagiarised

CONTRACTS
contracts dont provide specified fee or time frame and have doubts over the credibility

MARKET RESEARCH
not satisfied with the answers and do not match from eachother

WEBSITE
material has also been taken from other website ( Plagiarised)

we have not been awarded any points of the funds of 50K

please advice us how to prepare the case in court
