Appeal hearing psw 50 k

Hi guys My visa rejected in March this year and hearing on nov 17 with partner but partner has left the country and I am alone with my wife and new born baby. I need to ask what are things to do and what not
What will be my chances to get success
Suggestions will be appreciated

Could you please explain the refusal reasons?

my visa also rejected same refusal reasons...i have hearing on this month 24th .....

Refusals
No business exp
Business plan copied
No proof of saving accumulated 50 k
Issue in contract

If your business partner has gone so has their funding. Do you have the £50k in your own account?

I think you are going to struggle at the appeal given what you have set out on the refusal.
Looking at the resons you have basically been caught out using a scam package and the lack of documents to support your alleged business is showing through.

Given your business partner has fled, you probably don't have the funds, probably not traded the business and the contract was no doubt to another tier 1 ent., I think it is a safe bet the appeal will be dismissed.

It might be time to think about other options that might not include a future in the UK.

Sorry it still looks bleak. At the time of the application the facts that they rely on for the refusal - were they accurate at the time? Did you in fact have £50k in the accounts?
If you did and can prove the point you stand a chance.

Experience was not bad
they stick to refusal reasons, be confident, make sure u know every thing whatever written on written statement.
please focus on your refusal reasons, do not add more things
my hearing was in hatton cross

I told him first of all I m not making any desertation and if I copy 5 percent then it does not matter

My appeal - judge gave me new date becoz she didn't get time to go through my appeal so my appeal due back in apr.
why they dismissed your appeal, please kindly let me know becoz your reasons and mine is same.

I got the same refusal point for copied business plan
Can u plz help me that how you clear this point in court and wat was the result

Whatever justification you will they will stick on the same that you have copied or used the template from Internet
And have not used your thoughts
I told them that I have not copied might be I have copied 5-10 percent but I am not making desertation that I cannot use Internet
Its all depends how your lawer and home office lawer will argue on that
My case dismissed, but I had other reasons as well

Thanks for your replay I really appreciate ....if I got the paligerisum report ...wat u think does it helps....because I got that report ...but I had lost it I'm trying to find out .....
