applied in july.....got interview

hi every 1,

my sister submit her application in mid of july n got interview in 1st week of september...applied through psw route, director of company and funds are in uk bank account and... my query is that due to recent changes to immigration rules....
Is Every applicant got interview against same paragraph like 245dd(h)of immigration rules of same category?? or against different paragraph as well of same category??

I request senior member to have some light on above query

Its not a big problem. Interview is better to convey your business ideas and plan.I applied in July,had interview in August 11 and got visa after one week. Focus on Market research ( competitor , Industry , Market rate of business ) and on your contract.please try to arrange and check from your clients if possible to bring with you business correspondence and bank statements

Hi Friends, I was expecting visa directly but I got interview letter, Can you please read below and advise me which point is week in my case so I can prepare accodingly.
applied 11 August 2014
Bio meteric 27August 2014
Letter infoming about interview 20 Sep 2014

1-FUNDS 50k in Personal account UK
2-single application ( no team)
2 directors ( me +one is on ILR status)
4-My funds 25k+25K funds from other director(investor)
5-one contract before 11 july and one after 11 july.
6- Not too much earning from contract( £500 for after 3 month)
7-invested only 3K yet.
Please advise what factor is week in my case so that I can prepare for interview accordingly..I will be grateful to you friends.

Congratulation you got visa after interview...we are really worried. And can u guid me..when u check the bank balance for interview candidates. I have interview on 16th but want to wothdrwa some money now...please guide me.thanks.
