Apply for Tier 1

Hi,

I need a help with Tier 1 visa .
I'm in UK at present under Tier 02 General, and thinking to apply for any other visa option as my present sponsor is going to shut their business in next 06 months.

My UK history as follows.
I have 02 dependents already in UK since 2010
2010-2014 – Tier 4 – Completed BSc in Civil Engineering
2014-2015 – Tier 2 (General) with the present sponsor.
End of this year I will be completing 06 years in UK with out any overstaying .

Is there any Tier 1 option which I can apply (as for the moment it is not easier to find a Tier 02 sponsor as most of the recruiting agencies don’t like it)

You could apply for tier 1 E but you are not allowed to work for some one else except your own business.

Can i work via employment agencies with umbrella company ?

I am afraid not. If they find that they will curtail your tier 1 e leaves and/or would not extend.
