Business Experience for Tier 1 Entrepreneur

Hi,
I am planning to apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa (£200k route) in the coming months. I will be graduating in July 2015 and hence currently on Tier 4.

I will be hiring a solicitor but I will do most of the work such as writing a business plan myself.

My question is, if everything is fine with my documents and nothing is missing and I answer all questions perfectly at the interview, Can the home office reject my visa only for lack of business experience.
(Every single member of my family is an entrepreneur either based in the UK or my home country.)
