Caseworker's guidance - Major point of difference

Post by alex877 » Fri Jan 30, 2015 10:07 pm

The caseworker's guidance states:
" Director’s loans however are permitted to remain in a bank account, provided the loan is not called in."

This is not mentioned in the regular guidance for applicants.

So which one is it? Do you or don't you have to spend the whole investment in three years?

Different immigration lawyers have been telling me different things!

Thanks for any help.
