Certificate of Incorporation-Clarification

Hello

The Certificate of Incorporation which I downloaded from Companies House has got various other pages attached to it such as Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Share Holders Details, etc and it goes about 20 pages.

Do we need just one page which has Certificate of Incorporation written on it or whole file?

Those who got extension, if they could advise that will be highly appreciated.

Why do you need such a certificate ??? There is no requirement to send this. You need to supply a recent Current Appointments Report only
