Company payment

Hi Guys,

My initial business is not going good, now i am buying a franchise (50k psw route).

My question is :

1) Can i pay franchise fee from my IT consultancy business bank account, the reason i would like to pay the franchise fee from the IT business bank account is, it takes time 7-10 days to open bank account and i don't have enough time ?

i will be using working capital with new franchise business account( on my extension i can show invoices that i have paid for franchise).

If it's some kind of food chain then I would say no.
You can't claim points from any business below level 4.
But if you don't want to claim points from this business then I don't see any problem with that.
