CURRENT APPOINTMENT REPORT - EXTENSION RELATED

Hi guys, extension guidance says '' If the date on the Current Appointment Report was more than 8 months after your specified date we will not award any points for this section ''

My question is: for psw route, is the above sentence from the guidance applicable to second/ additional business as well or just the first business with which the visa was granted ? in other words does the second/ additional business have to be started within 8 months of the visa or can it be started any time during the course of 3 years?

Please help me on this.
