decision made but not sent from last one week

Hello everyone,
I am new in this forum and will like to get some help. I called home office yesterday and they told that decision of your application is been made but its with our post department. they said that decision was made on 9th of april and its 16th of april but they have not sent anything yet. Just want to know what it could be? Thanks

just for further information the timeline for my application is as follow:
applied : 10 december 2012
refusal : 15th may 2013
appeal allowed : october 2013
asked for further documents: feb 2014
and still waiting for final outcome.

It depends what documents you have submitted to them. And also their quality.

Can you give me the number of HO I also want to call them for Mine.

I applied in Oct 2013.
Interviewed on 5th March 2014
