Docs List for Extension

Hi All.. I am preparing for Tier 1 extension, below is the List of Docs i am sending:

1. Completed application Form and 2 photos
2. Applicant passport (both)
3. Applicant BRP
4. Personal bank statement for maintenance 3 months
5. Unaudited accounts for last 3 years & Report
6. Management accounts & Report.
7. Form CT600
8. Form CT620 ACK
9. Unsecured Director Loan Agreement
10. Accountant letter for investment
11. Business Bank Statement That show transaction
12. Employee docs (passport/BRP, Ni Number)
13. FPS reports
14. Payslips
15. P45/P60
16. Accountant letter for job creation
17. Excel sheet showing all hours worked
18. P11 TAX & NI
19. P32
20. Incorporation certificate.
21. Companies’ house filing history
22. Current appointment report




Please advise me if any thing is Missing and Also I am applying with a Team Member so is there any Document We need to send 2 Copies or one will be enough For Both Of Us.

Looks good to me. You can only share investment and job creation evidence with your team member.

Please remember to sign each FPS and payslip, and passport copy pages.

We have Current Appointment Report and last page is Filling History Page, it is not separate document.

Do you have these two as separate documents? Please could you advise?

The CAR contains the recent filing history, history for the last 18 months, but HO asks the filing history (this means for company life).

it confused me abit, can someone pls share the sample what HO exactly wants or what should i ask Companies house when requesting CAR & Filing History

Current appointment report is enough and sufficient

Has anyone send an applicants note with thier application
my friends doing his 200k extension (come from abroad)

also ive got a couple of questions

he has a number of employees - all mentioned on job creation letter with hours worked
do we only mention only the two on the form we are claiming points for?

and do we send documents of all the employees or just the two. which is better?

Go to http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk//wcfr ... ompanyInfo and order your current appointment report for your company for FREE which has fillig history as the last page. That is enough for HO. Do not make stuff up and confuse yourselves

Thanks Zimba88 for reply, the link you ve provided is not opening. if i call Companies house and ask them to send me Current appointment Report will they send me exact thing what HO is after? or do i need to specifically ask say CAR and Filing history,reason i am asking is HO seems to be looking for minor mistakes and i dont want to give them chance to find such mistake.

It is my opinion, I am not professional, but they mentioned that they want to know that you were a director of the company which employed the 2 employee at the date of starting the employment. Let us say you employed them at the first year, so this will not appear in CAR. Ask HO why they mentioned CAR and filing history and they know that the CAR contains the recent filing history.

May I wrong, but we have to discuss to get the right way.
My friend got his extension last year. He employed 2 employees on the tenth day of his entry to the UK, when he completed one year they left. In his CAR there was no history shows that he was a director of the company which employed the 2 employee because it is for last 18 months. HO asked him to send the history when he employed as a missing document with the filing history.

Thanks Irana2005. i was able to open the link you provided. it got 4 pages report and the last page is Recent Filing history page i hope this is what HO is after.

Thanks for your response. i just downloaded one which consists of 4 pages
page 1 : shows company name and date Created
Page 2 :company register information
page 3: Current appointments
Page 4 : Recent filing history

i hope that what HO need and lets wait for others if we need to send Company history as we have few successful extension applicants here.
