Documents required to apply for dependent visa from Pakistan

Dear all,

I am going to apply dependent visa for my wife from Pakistan. I have searched the forum and found following documents required to apply for spouse visa:

1-Online application form
2-Marriage photo
3-Company current appointment report
4-My visa and passport copy
5-Tenancy agreement
6-My 3 month bank statement (i have more than 3000£ from last more than 90 day)
7-Marriage invitation cards
8-TB test
9-covering letter from my side
10-chat history
11-Nikah Nama
12-Wife passport, ID card

My question is, do we need;

1-My accountant letter
2-company accounts (last we submitted in July & next are due in July 2015 again)
3-company account statement
5-Tax returns letter from HMRC (we paid 2000£ in 2014)
6-dividend voucher ..... etc.

Will it be suitable to add up with western union money sending invoices to my wife, as a proof for relation.

Please let me know if we need any other additional thing.

Yes you do need

accountant letter
company last accounts (submitted)
dividend vouchers
proof of funds transfer to you Mrs account
Nadra FRC (family registration certificate by marriage)
nikaah nama (attested by local council / union english version)
if u sharing house then get permission letter from other persons living at same address
if u still living at same address attach any proof like council tax / bill

* also pls attach a photocopy of ticket when u traveled to pakistan for your wedding or any proof like boarding card etc

Hi legal83, thanks for your reply.

If possible, can you please clarify the following;
1-As we submitted our accounts in July 2014, i should use the same accounts (i.e. payment letter from HMRC) or i need to use the unaudited accounts for this year, which are due in July 2015.
2-You have any covering letter template of both sides, me and my wife?

You will end up confusing the case worker as you are not applying for entrepreneur visa but dependant visa. You will end up providing too many irrelevant information.

No, you don't need all these:

1-My accountant letter
2-company accounts (last we submitted in July & next are due in July 2015 again)
3-company account statement
5-Tax returns letter from HMRC (we paid 2000£ in 2014)
6-dividend voucher ..... etc

You can add other evidence to proof your relationship is subsisting if you feel what you have is not sufficent.

1. you can attach last submitted accounts as a proof of you running business, which is enough.
2. I didn't attach any covering letter so I can't comment on it.

I do agree with you completely, according to guidence you are absolutely right, but realistically case workers not normally satisfied if you just follow guidence, they will ask you all these letters later and can hold you case, for no reasons. I personally think if you are genioune ent then there is no harm to provide all documents upfront to avoid any hassle.
