Hi guys

Is it necessary to have same job role of 2 or 3 part time employees to make 1 full time employee to claim points ?

Yes If you applied for your visa after 6 April 2014 and also the position should exist for at least 12 months

I am applying extension this week I entered in role before 2014 I had 1 employee who worked for me 8 months 35 hours a week n left the work in May 2015 2nd worker started working from July 2015 to March 2016 17 hours a week 3rd worker started working Aug 2015 till now working 24 hours a week plz help me how to combine these jibe to make it 1 full time employee I entered in the rout before April 2014 I m going to apply for extension in week time 2ndly I had 1 full time employee as well but problem is to make 1 more full time from the mentioned part time employees and 2ndly is it necessary to have same job role and designation in the company to claim points

In your case you are covered by transitional arrangements which allows you to combine employments to get the equivalent of 24 months of employment. They do not need to be from job role and designation in the company.

For your part time hours you have:
July 2015 to March 2016 17 hours a week (9 months part time) + Aug 2015 till now working 24 hours a week (13 months part time)
This can be interpreted as (9 moths of full time employment) + (2 months of full time) but you still get 11 months of full time employment given that a hours worked more than 30 will be ignored.

hi zimba i said i had 1 full time employee that worked for me for 1 year from APRIL 2014 TO MARCH 2015. I need to sort out 2nd employee from the following part time employees
1 employee A work for me 35 hours a week from sep2014 to april 2015
2 employee B work for me 17 hours a week from JULY 2015 TO APRIL2016
3 Employee C work for me 24 hours a week form AUG 2015 till now
PLZ help me to fill the form as well all got different destination and job role as well

You need to put each job role in its own table and then mention that they are being added together. For this you may need to copy the table page.
So in the table record of employee B and C mention that their hours are being added with employee A.

where to mention at the end of the last table? 2nd thing is confusing Employee A has different designation he left after 2 months then B joined with different designation and B was still working and after 3 months employee C started working with me with different designation?

AGAIN Each designation goes to its own table.
To say which one is being combined, there is line above each table that literally says: If this job is being combined with another job to make equivalent of 1 full time job, indicate which job: ... :?
