Entrepreneur Extension Approval, 50K Director loan Route

Dear Zimba and Immigration board Members,

Visa Applied- 5th Dec 2016
Biometric - 14 Dec 2016
Approval - 16th Feb 2017

No Interview.

Documents Provided:
All fps signed
Director loan agreement
Bank statement showing 50k investment

Please follow guidance and and immigration board expert advice. trust me you cannot get it wrong.

I will prepare now for my 2 years extension for ILR.

I am one question to the members, that my initially and extnsion application followed Pre April 2016 guidelines fro Job creation. Am I still eligible to follow the same Job creation rule of 6 month each or 18 month+6 months or 12 month each route?

Did you had any part time employees in this leave . if you don't mind sharing how they calculated those hrs as there is no clear guide on part time hrs . Thanks and good luck for ILR .

Hi Kapoorinusa,
I had 1 employee for 24 months. I believe if you have part time employees. All the hours added up should be equivalent to full time employee of 30 hours/week.

Eg: If 1 part time employee works for 15 hours/week and another fro 15 hours then that will count as equivalent to 1 full time job.

I know that part but we only had one part time employee for 7 months . I am just looking for some one with similar jobs applicants . Was you company in profit all years . Thanks

2nd year profit where we took dividends as well.

You should send FPS since your company started employment. HO would like to see that the jobs created are made by you if you joined an existing business.

If you have started the business then obviously you still send them all fps, but in the form you mention which all employees you are claiming points for. If you check guidance note and form they are quite clear.

Yes, the guide item 169 is clear that you can follow the pre-April 2014 rules for your 5 year settlement.

insurance
fps report along with employee passport
director loan agreement
bank statement with proof of investment
client communication emails
company brochure
Accountant letter confirming investment and job creation (2 separate letters)
Annual accounts - 3 years showing investment in my name
