Entrepreneur + Tier 1 General visa

Hi All,

I have lived around 2 year on Tier1 Entrepreneur visa and then company sponsored me Tier 1 General visa for 3 years. Will my 2 year (Entrepreneur visa) will be considered for ILR.

Yes you are but you have to be on 35000 per year on your last cos

Hi Could you please let me know UK BA link (home office) to prove, we need to have 35000 per year for total of three years on tier 2 general visa ? I heard that we should earn that salary for last year right before applying ILR date ?
