Hello Manci,

Am on Tier 2 ICT Visa from April14 to March17 along with my spouse, with a possibility of 2 year extension. My spouse is currently on Tier 2 ICT dependent.

I want to know, If she can apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa with 50,000£ funds available. Or does she need to have 200,000£.

If she has Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa , will she be eligible for ILR after 5 years

If she want to windup due to losses, what will happen to the VISA granted.
