Entrepreneur Visa!

Hi,
I need some information regarding my brother. I am settled here and my brother and his family wants to come to UK. I am looking for options for him only found Entrepreneur route from Pakistan. Can any one guide me with the process as he is willing to invest money and run a company, as we have agriculture land there and he can sell it and invest that money in UK.
I have got british passport can i help in sponsoring him or is there any other route available for him to come to UK on permanent basis.
