Entrepreneurs applying in August/September

I am going to apply for T1 Entrprepreneur visa sometime late August. I would like others planning to apply in August/September to give a shout out. We could exchange info, check document lists etc. So please share what kind of preparations you have made, documents you have collected and your business.

I just about managed to beat the deadline. I have documents from before 11 July but not so many as I would have liked them to be. So it will be a mix of both.

Whats your status ?

I have got tier 1 entrepreneur in May whereas my PSW was gonna expire in the mid August 2014.

I would think its better to attach it. Hopefully someone else will be able to provide a more knowledgeable answer.

Why were you refused ?

Guys you have to show funding in your business accounts according to the new rules:

A clarification is being made to the requirement for an applicant to be a director where the funding they are claiming points for is made available to their business, rather than to the applicant by name.

I did not have a bank letter from the third party confirming that i will have access to the funds. so i wish to reapply again. I am a bit confused on what to provide with this new updates
