Extension Visa Approved in 2 Months without Interview

Post by amiao6 » Mon Feb 27, 2017 11:16 pm

Dear all,

Thank you very much for the help and advice I received through this extension process. Now I received my approval decision, so I want to share my timeline and experience to help more people.

Timeline:

22th December 2016- Application sent.
06th January 2017- Biometric Enrolment Invitation received.
10th January 2017- Biometric enrolled.
24th February 2017- Approval Confirmation received.
27th February 2017- BRP card received.

One week after biometric enrolment, my partner and I got a letter from Home Office basically saying that our case is extremely complicated and they won't be able to make decision within 8 weeks time. I was panic for a while until read some threads talking about this kind of letter. If you received this letter, it's probably because Home Office wants you to know "We are quite busy at the moment, please do not call or write to us if we can't give you a result after 8 weeks". Overall I am quite happy with this timeline considering we had Christmas and New Year holiday from the end of December.

Please feel free to ask any question. I will answer it with my best knowledge (But sorry maybe not very prompt because I am on holiday :) ). Wish you all have a good result if you are still in the application process.

Hi, my IHS refund is a bit different, because so far I haven't receive any refund yet. I checked the policy, it says it could be refunded within 90 days after decision. So I am still waiting.

Hi, do you refer to the CT41G form? I think it is the welcome letter from HMRC. I sent it with my initial application as well as this extension application.

Hi my investment is done via DL. Both team member transferred money from our personal account to business account. We only showed business bank statement with those transactions.

Congrates, that was quite quick. Could you tell me whether your business statements showed your name when you transfer from you personal acc.? Also did you employ any part time employees?

Hi, yes my business bank account showed my initial and surname. For second question, I didn't hire any part time employee. Hope it helps.

Congratulations buddy!

Would you please shed some light on how did you show your Job creation considering you were in Transitional Arrangements!

Or probably guide me in my case:
1 full time employee for 7 months
Another full time for 17 months

Question is under Transitional Arrangements - Am I showing it as 1 job done by 2 employees or 2 different jobs?

Thanks!
