funds for tier 1 enterpreneur

hi,

can some body please guide me ,

1. for 200k, bank overdraft and personal loan is counted.
2. i also have property in uk, if i can i get loan on property is that countable.
3. my third party is ready to show 115, and 20 from one party rest money is with me, is this alright for me to apply enterpreneur.
