HO withdraw the appeal urgent plz

i have just received the letter from court that HO withdraw the appeal. kindly tell me what will happen next

HO sent me two refusal letter and both was different in one they mentioned 10 points for maintenance funds and in 2nd mentioned 0 points for same maintenance funds. we went to court and judge said i am really confused that how they can do this they adjou the appeal and sent me another appeal date which is 25th feb and also wrote a letter to home office that provide written explanation that why you sent two refusal letter. now on date 8th jan home office withdraw appeal and mentioned that new decsion will send to applicant shortly. i dont know what will happen next

hopefully you will get visa..... but if they are taking time in making decision. then go and see your local mp.... ask him to write a letter for you about your application status. home office normally use withdrawal as a delaying tactic.

one month passed still waiting no response i don't know how long it will take more
