Information Regarding Judicial Review

Hi Guys;

Applied my case on 9 DEC 2012 and got refusal on 07 APRIL 2013...
1) Bank letter does not contain the third party land line number or address and email.
2) The declaration provided has not been signed by you.

My route was tier4 to tier 1 and the third party was my father and 200K was showed abroad in my father account.

Anyway i decided to go for Judicial Review as no appeal right was given because i got leave to remain that time. Now i have filed JR
Now i'm going through this process and i'm doing at my own so any of you need help regarding the procedure of JR or anything please ask me i am here to help....

Hi I had similar case to u. I got refuse on 4april with reason bank letter doesn't mention applicants name. I have already applied for review.

I applied as an Entrepreneurial Team. My visa got refused because the funds were shown in Business Account.

I have not got right to appeal as my current visa is still valid until 23 March 2014.

Could you tell me the Judicial Review Procedure?

I think JR us better for me compared to new application if my team member continues with an appeal. Please suggest.
