Investment funds for Tier1E application on an ISA account

Hi hi, a quick question about the investment funds.
Will money on my Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs https://www.gov.uk/individual-savings-accounts/overview) count towards the investment funds needed to apply for a T1E?

No. Here is a line from item 117 of the Tier 1E guidance:
The money must be in cash in the account. We will not accept Individual Savings Accounts(ISAs) or assets such as stocks and shares
