Is tenancy agreement is must requirement 4 dependent visa

Hello Guys,

Can anyone guide me is Tenancy agreement is must requirement for Dependent Visa. Actually, the place I am living is contract with someone else name which will end on 30th November But I want to apply my wife visa before 30th November. Then I will renew that contract on my name. Is it mandatory to have Tenancy agreement to apply dependent Visa,??

It depends what type of visa have you got...
Otherthing you need it because it help you to get visa, its plus point. one of my friend submited tenancy agreement for dependent at the time of psw visa, however it was not mandatory that time.

No its not mandatory, I applied from India without tenancy agreement or chat /skype / conversation copies. I got my wife's visa in 10 working days.

You can still attach these documents if you want as supporting documents though they are not mandatory.

Child dependant, yes; adult dependant, no.
