JOB CREATION- help needed

Hi All..

I am few months away from extension & want your views on my job creation situation coz i heard mixed views....

At the time of apply i will have ....

1 full time employee 40 hrs/ week for 12 months already resigned.

2 current part-time employees doing 20hrs/week,
Combining both will be 22 months.

Is 20 hrs/week for 22 months by 2 different employees enough to fill the job requirement?? Some people told me its okay and some said to make it one full time job it must be 24 months of part time..

You can add several part time employment to make it qualify as a 30 hours a week full time job but those employees must have worked for you for at least year. The reason is HO ignores any full time employment hours created beyond 30 hours. So if you had two part time employee working for a year for 25 hours a week, HO considers this as if it was a full time job of 30 hours a week and not a 50 hours a week!

So, if I've hired two employees 24 hours per week for 21 months, that should meet their requirement, right?

No. Appendix A paragraph 49:

A full time job is one involving at least 30 hours of work a week. Two or more part time jobs that add up to 30 hours a week will count as one full time job but one full time job of more than 30 hours work a week will not count as more than one full time job.

Examples:
1.You hire 3 part time employees for 15 hours a week, that is 45 hours a week. HO only considers the 30 hours of that 45 hours. This counts only as ONE full time employment NOT MORE.

2. You hire 4 part time employees 15 hours a week for a year, that is 60 hours a week. HO considers 30 hours per full time job. This counts as TWO full time employment.

But suppose if someone hired for example 1 employee for 28 hours per week for 12 months, (this can be counted as 6 months full time) isnt ?

I had one employee for 10 minths full tume 45/week and the 5 months part time for 16 /week who has resigned, so this will only count one job although hours are more then required for one full time job,, right??

Now for second job requirement, at the time of apply i will be having 2 part time employees, one doing 22/week for 16 months and another 20/week for 6 months,, my confusion is here... Will these 2 employees be acceptable for one full time employee coz combining both is 22 month part-time employement,, will i be alright or shall i look for someone for 2 more months part-time???
