what they exactly verified from bank?
Did they ask about current balance on verification date?

I submitted UK bank statements
They just asked my bank to verify my details and few transaction on my account like debit and credit amounts.

just an update

Today HO verified my bank letters from pakistan.

Fingers crossed now.m Expecting the decision in this week.

its great hope for you.how did you come to know HO verified your bank letters from pakistan, I mean To ask bank branch did you inform or bank head office? Normally where HO verified bank letters bank,s head office or bank branch where your or your third party account hold? thank you..

BHC has sent an email to head office.Then head office informed local branch n asked them to verify this letter n some more things.Coz Head Office does not have any record of this letter.

Basically it work like this. HO contact Head office of the Bank and then Head office forward it to the relevant department and then branch or Account Manager deal with the queries. Because according to Bank policy their customer privacy is important so HO cant just ring and ask for transactions.

@ adil zia hope for the best but i would say don't give hope bz it hurts when it never happened bz my verification was done way back in first week of JAN and i thought the same max 1 week but .....

yes you are right.

But its my gut feelings.
Coz Case Worker doing things very quickly in my case.
As they asked me to provide passport first,then bank letters n then they verified these letters.
Lets see. Hope for the best.

Ya Inshallah ALLAH will get us through with this difficult phase . I did not wanted to demotivate you i was just saying dont give too much hope Cos it hurts alot and we get sad and clueless so be positive and get positive

HO has been successful in their attempts to crush us emotionally

They have done verification from my bank 2 weeks ago.But no news.

they done verification from my bank in jan and still i dont know what they want

They have done verification from your bank two time? did you hear from court anything yet? My court hearing date will on 21April. I am still waiting reply from HO regarding consent order conditions. let see..

My update is

I am still waiting for new grounds to be prepared for fresh refusal letter which has been received by HO.
I don't know when this nightmare will be over ?

NO THEY JUST VERIFIED MY BANK 1CE WHICH WAS IN JAN
THEY ARE VERY CLEVER WHEN EVER WE WRITE LETETR THEY SEEMS TO START WORKING WHEN WE WROTE LAST LETTER ON 21ST FEB THEN THEY ASKED ME TO RESUBMIT MY PASSPORT AND SINCE THEN NO UPDATES
I SEND TS LAST LETTER ON 6 MARCH AND GAVE THEM 14 DAYS TO RESPOND AS IT MENTION IN LAW WE WE NEED TO GIVE MIN 14 DAYS B4 APPROACHING COURT SO I NEED TO WAIT TILL 20 MARCH

@ VIA I HOPE IT WILL OVER SOON THINK POSITIVE, POSITIVE WILL HAPPEN

Allhumduliallah I received my passport and BRP today after long battle i won . I am so happy Finally i can work i can enjoy i can travel


Sorry for late post but i was so busy with my family so couldn't update the post

@basra indeed its a very big relief for me and specially for my lawyer bz i was keep pushing him to chase HO and to send fresh letter every 2 weeks

yes u are right. thnqu all for ur valuable comments i will b really happy for u as well as soon as u all will get ur visa. Just 1 advice dont loose the hope stay positive. I know its very hard time but inshallah it will over soon

how long it have took after you applied for JR as i applied for JR as well last week. My solicitor said me that i have to wait for six month. is that true. thanks
