HOme Office give up

Post by adi786 » Fri Oct 04, 2013 10:56 am

Hello All my friends
Just an update in my case home office requested a further 7 days extension to submit their Acknowledgement Letter in Court and this time after 3 extension i decided that enough is enough i denied any further extension and wrote to them decide the case as it has been 14th month i have submitted the application. I dont mind going in court Either as i know my case is straight forward case a total disaster made by the case worker :)

Any one else waiting for the response

It is a completed nightmare. I am also waiting for them to file in their AOS. I have given them 3 X 21days . An on Tuesday they sent me another letter requesting the 4th 21 days extension.

This is just unbelievable , although we sent a letter refusing the second extension of 21days to both the court and TR, the court for some reason still granted them extension and I dont know if this is going take forever but i was thinking the court will progress the case even if UKBA don't file in AOS

This is just ridiculous.

The court in my case has refused to proceed with my case, they keep allowing 21days for the UKBA which is so annoying and frustrating because at the end of the day it defeats the whole purpose of having a timeline as to when things should be done. The have now taken 4 X 21 days

Also I am thinking of changing solicitors, because my current ones are completely useless and got me to this deeper mess. I just want to know if I decide to handle the case myself , so that I can constantly chase the case directly with the court as they won't talk or take instruction directly from me becos i have a solicitor on file.

@kmany i m really sorry to read your refusal but to be honest on this page we all `tier 1 entrepreneurs and talking abt JR related to our application of Entrepreneur we cant help you by giving wrong advise but i would say stick with your current solicitor it will be helpful
these people are just here to earn money b4 you hand them any case an applicant should dig some information their self cos it helps and when v show them v know its hard for solicitor to make fool out of us dont just sit and rely on them

gud luck

Hi All,

Just an update for all of you about my JR and reconsidering process with UKBA, as you all know that UKBA asked me to withdraw my JR so that UKBA reconsider my application, which i did and sign the consent order few weeks ago.

1- After that i got letter from Case worker, she asked me to provide a further letter from bank to confirm third part details landline number and address etc.

2- Secondly she asked that if any legal representative in the uk who will confirm your signature on the third party declaration and provide a letter.

I provided both of these documents, as i re-signed the old orignal third party declation in front of legal reparesentative and got the letter from the bank stating the third party contact details etc.

After that i got further letter from Case worker, stated that with my orignal application i provided 2 passports, biometric residence permit, 2 bank statements, bank letter, legal reparesentative letter and third declaration if i can send all these again to reconsider my application.

I provided alll these requested documents also i have mentioned that i have already sent the third party declaration previously to case worker etc.

Now i am waiting for UKBA response and now its 1 week i ahve sent all these documents.

Please pray IA Allah will help all of us.

Any suggestion from any one what will be the situation now???

regards

@Abu
I hope you will get positive result very soon now,
I need to ask one question did you secured 10 marks from Maintenance funds when you refused your visa application?
Now did you provide up to date statement for maintenance fund requirement again now when UKBA reconsider your application again or once you secured 10 marks first time you do not need to full fill the maintenance requirement again?
Thank you.

Hi Hiraumar,

You mean the letter from treasury solicitors asking for 21 days of extension on behalf of UKBA to submitt the answer to court ?

you dont need to sign or send as they will get the extension from court directly.

@basra, yes i got the 10 points for maintenance and i did not sent the new statement again as Case Worker did not asked for new statement etc.

@ Abu

Thank you for your reply, now I understand the situation, its mean UKBA already awarded 10 points to you for maintanence funds so that why they did not ask maintanance statement again.

My friends!

My maintenance fund gone below the requirement for one day. My JR is in process. I'm worried if they ask 90 days maintained statements then I will be in trouble.

My refusal reason was name not mention in the bank letter. I been awarded maintance fund point thought !!!
Could you share ur opinion.
thanks.
