Judicial Review

Hello Everyone...
i m posting here for the first time...have a lot of frustration regarding few issues so keep reading the forums all the time.
my question to all the previous experienced members but especially to MR Adi....
recently HOME OFFICE decided to withdraw the appeal and they are reconsidering the decision,NORMALLY HOW LONG THEY WILL TAKE TO GIVE A NEW DECISION.

refusal was very silly, the caseworker did not look on the file properly and he missed the third party documents and got the visa refused.
